This blue claw is found relatively often in the Kagan Desert in the Morgan region. It's known as a very hard and powerful material. It's necessary for making high level weapons, so many search for them in Morgan as they're difficult to obtain in Elgaia. It's also said that the Holy Blade Evrix was made from it.
