Note that the users we pick will be discussed amongst the Staffs themselves, it is up to the Staffs to decide on which users we will promote. Do note that we favor on users who have past moderating experience. The table below shows the minimum criteria for whichever position aimed for. See User access levels for more information.

  • Discussions - Delete posts that are against Wiki policies
  • Comments on Wiki - Delete comments that are against Wiki policies
  • Threads and Message Walls - Close/Remove threads when situation gets worse
3 months on the wiki
  • Must not have a wiki block and chat mute record (not including joke bans) from the past 6 months
  • Needs to be active on the Wiki and/or Discussions.
  • See this form for application
Wiki Administrator
  • Block users on wiki for violating wiki policies
  • Has access to Discussions Moderator and Discord Moderator privileges
1 year on the wiki
  • Must not have a blockban and chat mute record (not including joke bans) from the past 6 months
  • Requires 1000 mainspace edits
Wiki Bureaucrat
  • Ability to promote users to Wiki Administrator and/or other Wiki Bureaucrat
  • Has access to Wiki Administrator privileges
  • Chosen within the current Wiki Bureaucrats


A demotion may occur when...

  • The moderator is abusive.
  • The moderator is inactive for more than a month.
  • The moderator requests for a demotion.
