• 10% chance to BB when 3 party members are present
• 50% chance to BB
• 30% chance to normal attack enemy with lowest attack
• 100% chance to normal attack random enemy

In short, there is a 68% chance on the second turn, 70% chance on the third turn, and 72% chance on the fourth turn of the unit with Arena Type 10 to use Brave Burst skill, assuming all party members are still alive.
