Units with Arena Type 4

Units with Arena Type 4 have the following AI:

• 60% chance to use Brave Burst if any enemy has under 50% HP
• 30% chance to use Brave Burst
• 70% chance to attack a target with highest HP remaining
• 50% chance to attack a target with lowest HP remaining
• 100% chance to target a random enemy

In other words, there's 72% chance (or 30% chance if no enemy has under 50% HP) of the unit with Arena Type 4 to use Brave Burst skill (assuming ideal conditions).
