Celgrad is the first region in Ishgria that is unlocked by defeating Amorphous Lucius in Grand Gaia Crater of Bariura.
Clearing Soaring Tree Tower grants access to Lem and Cave of Sealed Might. Additionally, clearing Cave of Sealed Might is one of the pre-requisites to unlocking Cape of Sealed Ploys, the EX dungeon in Lem.
