Fal Nerga is the seventh region in Ishgria that is unlocked by defeating Raging Blade Owen in Tower of Amu Yunos of Zamburg.
Clearing Mt. Nerga grants access to Estria and Sealed Dragon's Deep, provided Sealed Crystal Cave has also been cleared to unlock the latter. Additionally, clearing Sealed Dragon's Deep is one of the pre-requisites to unlocking Sealed Altar, the EX dungeon in Estria.
