Lem is the second region in Ishgria that is unlocked by defeating War Demon Shusui in Soaring Tree Tower of Celgrad.
Clearing Bridge of Despair grants access to Beiorg and Cape of Sealed Ploys, provided Cave of Sealed Might has also been cleared to unlock the latter. Additionally, clearing Cape of Sealed Ploys is one of the pre-requisites to unlocking Sealed Forest, the EX dungeon in Beiorg.
