Fauns are well-known throughout Grand Gaia as magical creatures of the northern forests, though the truth of their existence wavers somewhere between reality and folklore. As children of nature, this chimeric blend of a human torso atop a hircine lower body has captured the hearts of many a traveler that wandered into their homes, lured by the fantastic melodies of their flutes. They would guide the lost to well-worn footpaths before returning to their trees. Their joyful natures and love for merrymaking are especially beloved by the spirits of the forests. A faun party held for all their inhabitants to celebrate the changing of the seasons is said to never run out of food and drink.

And that's when one brave faun girl sought to make this wish come true by seeking the guidance of an eternal deity...
