Piercing Proportional Damage Martyr Doom

Prism is an Elemental Synergy that is activated through the use of Dual Brave Burst. A bond pair with this Elemental Synergy requires one Earth unit and one Light unit.

Unlike other Elemental Synergies, any DBB with the Prism synergy (along with Blast) can only be used if the selected enemy target is below a certain HP threshold. If no target is selected, targeting will default to the enemy with the lowest HP percentage.

When a DBB with the Prism synergy is used, the caster of the DBB deals fixed proportional damage to the targeted enemy, becomes KO'd and is afflicted with Doom until the current battle ends or the quest finishes. As a result of the caster's sacrifice, all units receive a Martyr effect, boosting the following offensive buffs:

Interactions with winning a battle

If a DBB with the Prism synergy successfully defeats an enemy and wins a battle this way, the quest will still be treated as a Game Over. In order for a quest to be cleared, the player's squad must contain at least one unit alive at the end of the turn.

Interactions with Doom Negation

Any effect that negates Doom, such as from Pyre, cannot prevent Doom from applying as a result of Prism.

In Summoners' Training Ground

If there are no units alive at any given time, all units will revive with full HP at the start of the player's next turn, including units affected by Doom.
